Client Success Manager
LeviCare – Head Office/Hybrid - £30K per annum (Negotiable DOE)
Wanted!!: A Client success Manager who can win and keep clients, build relationships, and get things done!
We're one of the fastest-growing Healthcare providers in the Northwest that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing and highly regarded team.
As the CSM, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Revenue growth targets are met by attracting between 4 to 6 additional Clients each month.
You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively, focus on both the private and public sectors, and increase business revenues by 8 to 12% each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new strategic business opportunities, agreeing appropriate responses with Director and taking appropriate action.
- Creating opportunities to meet with existing and prospective clients/commissioners
- Prepare written responses to tenders, contributing to the completion of application processes, preparing & deliver presentations.
- Secure new business
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Deliver the company revenue and GP targets.
- Diversify the service provision portfolio to generate more revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strategic and creative mind
- Have a solid understanding of business and marketing principles
- Must be able to deliver from the word go!!!
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A practical and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Commercial awareness of the current market and trends
