Large Global Relocations Company based in Guilford, Surrey, are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to provide general support and administration within the Marketing department to drive revenue and partnerships.
Requirements

2 years in Marketing within a similar role

Administration and Customer Service.

Social media management

Computer literate; CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data and content entry
Duties will include
-
Collaborate with the Marketing team to set up and develop relevant content for companies social media schedules on an ongoing basis.

Ensure management of positive online reputation through monitoring all social media channels and relevant review sites.

Liaise with the Marketing Manager in the setting up of relevant reports for all of companies enquiries and digital activity and the monitoring and evaluation of these reports.

Collaborate with the Marketing team in developing new marketing initiatives for the companies brand and the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these initiatives.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and relevant external agencies to direct positive traffic to the company website and monitor the conversion of this traffic.

Manage any print requirements and ensure all relevant company literature is kept up to date.

Ensure Marketing projects are implemented in a timely fashion as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Ensure reporting of customer feedback and ISO monitoring is updated and reported on each month for presentation to the Marketing Manager.

Monitor all Marketing telephones and e-mails to ensure any enquiries are channelled to the right department.

Manage customer survey submissions through companies CRM system upload

Manage canvassing uploads from Twenty Ci to both Printing and the company CRM system.

Ensure compliance is followed in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act etc. 1974 and ISO9002. •

Any other duties as may be requested by the Marketing Manager.

Office based role with 6-month probation period

5 days per week, 9am – 17:30

25 days leave plus standard bank holidays pro-rata
