Leading national electronic security installer are seeking a new business development manager to help expand their client base.The client are a market leading installer who specialise in the provision of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire alarm solutions. Any relevant experience within this industry would be seen as a big advantage, however the client will consider candidates with solid sales backgrounds in similar markets such as M&E, Communications etc.
Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development Strategy.

Achieve agreed sales targets within specified timeframes.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish and pursue new business priorities.

Identify and address commercial and contractual issues related to new business.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of newly secured work.

Adhere to pricing and technical parameters set by the company.

Provide regular reports on activities, targets, and prospects.

Leverage internal resources (marketing, technical, commercial) to meet objectives.

Support best practice Health and Safety initiatives.

Gain a thorough understanding of industry equipment and standards.

Participate in Sales Team meetings and other management meetings as required.

Escalate significant risks and opportunities to the Sales Director.
