Position: Administrator
Hours; 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Northwich
Salary: £24k - £26k DOE
Job duties:
Providing administration support to a team and senior management
Liaising with our clients and personnel regarding their domestic and international travel requirements
Producing reports and correspondence via Word and Excel
Answering calls and responding to emails
Organising flight bookings, collection of personnel data for visa processing and hotel bookings
Dealing with staff expenses
Using excel to manage timesheets
Logging staff holidays and absences
Arranging meetings
Organising staff trainingThe successful candidate must be fully competent with full suite of MS Office applications including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Word etc.
