We are currently recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor within an exceptionally established HSE team, with plenty of opportunity for career progression and development and exposure to impressive schemes.
About the role of Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator
Our client works on some of the most prestigious frameworks within the civils industry, specialising predominantly within the Water sector both clean and dirty water. Traditionally frameworks circa £2bn with projects valuing between £5M - £15M.
Responsibilities for Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator
Assisting the wider Health, safety & environmental team and operational team carrying out Risk Assessments, Health & Safety inspections & audits across sites.
Promoting Safe working systems and aim to proactively promote and improve safe working across sites.
Requirements for Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator
Relevant NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
Preferably a member of professional institution either IOSH or IEMA
Civil engineering experience is essential preferably Water or Utilities experienceWorking amongst a longstanding team, who can provide support, guidance and development throughout the business and exposure on reputable schemes with reputable clients.
