Our client, a leading global consultancy, are looking for a SAP Success Factors Consultant with both technical and functional expertise, who can join as part of a team to move Employee Central from implementation partner to client team.
ROLE: SAP TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL SUCCESS FACTORS CONSULTANT
LOCATION: COVENTRY (HYBRID – 2 X PER WEEK IN OFFICE)
RATE: £400 A DAY INSIDE IR35
LENGTH: 6 MONTHS WITH SCOPE TO EXTEND
Required skills
-
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to leverage SAP Employee Central knowledge to create operational documents.

Helping to resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

Good communication and team management skills

A minimum of 5 year’s experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Automotive processes.

At least 2 full cycle SAP implementation and support experience as functional Success Factor consultant – Employee central
Key responsibilities

Transition of SAP Employee Central module from implementation partner to client

Responsible of reviewing project documentation like business process documentation, design document, functional specifications, UT/UAT/RT documentation and creating support operational manual
