What will you get up to?
Plan the day to day running of all sections of the kitchen effectively to meet the service standards and ensure producing food on time, consistently and accurately whilst managing and mentoring the team. Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food through all food outlets
Your DNA?
Excellent planning and organising skills
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of best cooking practices and understanding of trends and new styles.
Attention to detail and high standards of presentation, creative flair and imagination
A creative approach to the production of food
Reports to the Head chef and the executive sous chef.
Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Contribute to menu creation
Manage team relations, when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef.
