The successful candidate will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the sales team by providing robust administrative support, managing sales-related documentation, assisting customers, maintaining data accuracy, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and preparing necessary documents.

Assisting customers with inquiries, order status updates, and product information, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Managing and updating customer and sales-related data, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Generating sales reports and performance metrics, including forecasting, sales analysis, and activity reports.

Offering full support to the sales team in their duties.

Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively assist customers and support the sales team.

Identifying opportunities for improvement within sales processes, workflows, and efficiency.

Facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration with departments such as marketing and operations.
Candidate Attributes:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-focused attitude, numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

A minimum of three years' customer service experience in a business-to-business environment and SAP experience are required.
