About the role
Are you driven by a passion to support individuals experiencing homelessness and effectuate positive change? Do you have proven expertise in managing support services efficiently? We are currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Service Manager within our Housing Related Support team.
Our team is committed to providing essential accommodation, assessment, and support services to those without homes. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, working directly under the supervision of the Rough Sleeping Programme Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and effective transition plans for our clients.

About you
This is a fast-paced role where we aim to move individuals out of our service within 12 weeks, focusing on rapid assessments and efficient move-on strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Assessment and Move-On Workers to meticulously review client cases and communicate suitable housing transitions.
Offer guidance on a range of issues including health, immigration, and welfare benefits, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support.
Monitor case progress diligently, providing expert advice and making necessary referrals to optimise service delivery.
Stay informed on current housing legislation and welfare benefits to ensure our services remain compliant and effective.
Facilitate thorough assessments for new clients, ensuring swift and seamless transitions into long-term stable accommodation.
Promote effective communication and collaboration through regular team meetings and briefings.
Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance service efficacy.
