A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Newton Abbot Area!
With no day ever being the same the Night Shift Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise the performance or the production line and supervising the team of 12 engineers ensuring all KPIs are met
Write and implement production schedules, plans and strategies in line with the companies KPIs
Coaching and mentoring all staff in your team
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly following all health and safety measures and protocols
Promote all continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Man management / supervisory experience - able to give feedback and deliver training and mentoring to staff
Experience creating and implementing production plans
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience carrying out TPM Audits, accident reports and risk audits
Lead / 5S / 8D / Continuous improvement experience
