What you will be doing?
You will be line managing ADPASS and Brink of Change, in addition you will create a supportive, directive and functional relationship with the Volunteer Coordinator in order to continue to build on the growth and future development of the Volunteer Programme.
Ensure that group work and all psycho-social interventions and programmes are delivered in accordance with the needs of the service users
- Support the service manager in developing relations with key stake holders
- Ensure high standard of reporting internally and externally working closely with commissioners and John Moores University
- Be proactive in your partnership with SHARP and the wider team to ensure expected numbers in treatment are achieved and maintained throughout the duartion of the contract
- Along with the Services Manager review and revise current service delivery and provision
- Supervising a therapeutic team
