Admin Support, Letchworth

Our client is part of a global leader that operates in over 150 countries. Due to the growing success of their Letchworth office, established in January this year, they are looking to recruit an individual who will provide both admin and finance support to the Customer Service Supervisor and Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:-
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Inputting of sales orders
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Liaising with the factories in both Spain and Italy
- Processing expenses for staff members
- Taking and chasing payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Payment runs
- Dealing with purchase ledger invoices
Candidate Specification: -
- PC literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and ideally Sage 200
- Self motivated with excellent organizational and prioritising skills
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and flexible to cover where the business dictates.
- A distinct advantage of having credit control experience, however, as long as you are comfortable liaising with customers to chase for payment this is not essential.
- Basic accounts experience is desirable
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (half hour lunch)
Holidays: 25 plus bank holidays
