Duties & Responsibilities:

The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Consultants, ensuring they are achieving set KPIs and a quality service is being delivered at all times.

Developing high quality relationships with businesses recruiting and employers, whilst managing and inspiring the team.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.

Identifying organisations that will benefit from employment services in order build new business.

Performance reviews, coaching, training and supporting team growth.

Taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.
Experience & Skills needed:

Experience within a similar role, with proven experience of leading a successful sales team.

Passion for excellent customer service and developing relationships.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

A positive, collaborative approach.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
