Are You the Account Manager We're Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic FORTH® Fire team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building services and facilities management, demonstrating strong account relationship development skills and the ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads. This role involves proactive management of accounts, securing contract renewals, and achieving sales targets.
What Will You Be Doing?

Proactively manage accounts, ensuring premium service delivery from mobilisation through to the end of the contract.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, continually adding value and securing renewals on all contracts.

Achieve sales targets for FY 23/24 onwards.

Support company directors and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with site visits.

Conduct weekly meetings with the estimating manager to discuss progress and priorities.

Prepare and manage weekly review calls with clients in collaboration with the project manager.

Ensure contract renewals are sent to clients 90 days prior to contract end and followed up regularly to secure renewals.

Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot and the Business Management Plan (BMP).

Follow up on incoming leads within 72 hours.

Visit clients according to the company’s tier structure.

Ensure company-agreed margins on all works.

Provide monthly sales reports and attend monthly sales meetings.

Attend any requested site meetings required by clients or FORTH® Fire.

Hold monthly meetings with the Labour Manager to ensure the following month's work is scheduled.

Would Be Nice...
The FORTH® team would love for this person to know the passive fire and air hygiene industry or have previous experience within the industry. Knowledge of kitchen extraction cleaning requirements would also be beneficial. Health and safety awareness and strategic and project management skills.
