My client is a UK-based fibre optic internet service provider dedicated to delivering the best digital connectivity to communities across the UK.
They are looking for a Fibre Broadband Advisor to join their Desk-Based Sales team and help them achieve their ambitious customer acquisition targets. This role is a desk-based role, involving outbound calling (tele sales) and engaging with prospective customers to subscribe to their full fibre broadband network.
Key Responsibilities: Fibre Broadband Advisor
Engage in outbound cold-calling (tele sales) with prospective customers.
Convince prospective customers to join our growing customer base.
Maintain professionalism, confidence, and flexibility.
Help customers find better broadband solutions.
Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone and email.
Skills & Experience: Fibre Broadband Advisor
Comfortable with cold calling.
Previous experience in outbound sales/tele sales/lead generation/call centre is a must.
Able to prospect using various mediums (events, phone calls etc).
Patience and composure with challenging customers
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous
