What you will be doing :-
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning
Assist with overseeing the day to day operations including efficiency and quality
Foster a positive work environment
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Assist in managing the inventory, ordering suppliers and controlling costsWhat we are looking for :-
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume setting
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Creative approach to menu development
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulation
