Construction Project manager required to work for a leading UK building contractor on one of Manchester’s major Landmark developments in the city centre.
The construction phases for this development will run for the next 3 years with equally impressive Northwest projects in the pipeline.
This £400M development will transform an area of Manchester into a luxury destination with hotel, spa and restaurants.
As Project Manager you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager overseeing all aspects of construction phases ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.

Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:

Experience of high-rise developments is essential.

Proven experience as a construction Project Manager with a tier one building contractor.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
