Providing a 9/5 global operational support
Providing 2nd line technical support
Documenting issues and resolution
Skills transfer to ensure shift left capability
Analysing and improving the operation (CI)
Motivated, self-starter who can work independently; managing and prioritising their own workload and time effectively.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications, including but not limited to Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Windows 10, Office365 plus general networking technologies.
Working knowledge of remote working technologies such as MSTSC, MSRA and iLO.
Excellent written and verbal communication with exemplary customer facing skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Able to conduct analysis, draw persuasive conclusions and present recommendations which can be understood clearly at all user levels.
Need to be flexible, adaptable and willing to work where needed to meet Customer demands and thereby gain a broader skill set and wider business perspective.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience of working within the Service Desk, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines.
