Job Title: Renewable Energy Business Development Manager - BDM

Our client, a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy industry, requires a Business Development Manager to help drive their sales growth. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing a business strategy focused on financial gain, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients, and expanding the clientele.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales orders, ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Adaptability and a positive approach to tasks are essential
Requirements and Skills:
You are a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
MUST have experience in Business Development, sales or a relevant role in the Renewable Energy Industry
Proven sales record
Customer support experience
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
