About the Role
As IT Service Desk Supervisor, you will:

Lead the IT Service Delivery team in adopting a proactive service partnering approach

Ensure outstanding customer-focused IT support for colleagues and stakeholders

Manage the smooth day-to-day running of IT Services, resolving technical issues

Work with a multi-functional IT Team to meet service levels and identify improvement opportunities
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

Extensive experience in IT support within a similar-sized organisation

A track record of exceeding customer service expectations

Strong technical background in Microsoft-based technologies and business systems

Solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to IT Support services

Ability to align IT service support frameworks with business goals

Experience in team leadership and process management

What's on Offer

Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37-hour work week

Location: Modern, centrally-located office in Maidstone (primarily office-based)

Working pattern: Rota covering business hours (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday)
