My client is looking for a New Business Account Manager to bring an abundance of energy and enthusiasm into the office, to generate and close new business leads, which will ultimately result in you earning some excellent commission!
Role and Responsibilities for the New Business Account Manager role:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and present offerings,
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract new business and achieve sales targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologiesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a New Business Account Manager:
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired and revenue generated from new business.
Client Retention: Percentage of new clients retained and growth in business from existing clients.
Pipeline Management: Effectiveness in managing and progressing leads through the sales pipeline.
Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback and satisfaction scores post-engagement.
