The role of Service Coordinator includes:-
- Managing your key client portfolio, and providing updated reports within deadlines
- Keeping your clients updated with new services being delivered, and any related issues
- Updating all databases with services, issues, contacts etc
- Maintaining site files, and ensuring invoices can be issued accurately
- Ensuring annual renewal invoices are processed
- Checking daily reports and updating clients as appropriate
- Quoting for new business, by liaising with your internal teams
To be considered for the role of Service Coordinator, you should:-
- Be competent using MS office with strong administration and coordination skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and able to have business conversations
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload, to ensure deadlines are met
