Salary: 25-27k per annum, depending on experience
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
Processing invoices and ensuring timely payment
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Assisting with business development activities, such as lead generation and market research
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing outstanding customer care at all timesTo excel in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
