I am currently recruiting for holiday cover for an Administration role based in Gloucester.
The role will include:
- Signing people in and out of site and logging vehicle registrations
- Answering calls and emails
- Forwarding on messages to the correct people
- Arranging any meetings/meeting rooms for managers
- If any issues occur, passing it onto the correct people
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous administration experience is preferred.
- Good telephone manner
- Basic use of Word and Excel
The role would be Monday-Friday
Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday: 8am-1pm
The dates we are looking for cover would be: 5th-9th August (Monday-Friday)
Also: 18th-20th September (Wednesday-Friday)
