Site Project Manager
Location: Enfield
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Monday – Friday + Permanent Role + Training + Holiday

Links Recruitment Group presents a great opportunity for a Water Project Manager to join a large and well-established company that continues to grow and offers opportunities for training and progression. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing water-related construction projects from site set-up to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Main Duties:

Liaise with the Design Team to ensure project requirements are met.

Formulate and implement procurement strategies.

Monitor project activities and performance.

Prepare monthly client progress reports.

Record all changes to client requirements and scope of services.

Ensure safe, effective, and right-first-time delivery of the contract’s requirements.

Appropriately resource works and manage project costs.

Promote, enforce, and adhere to the company’s Health & Safety Policy and procedures.

Train and develop supervisory and operational employees to ensure a competent workforce.

Inform line managers of key issues and solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain, and local authorities.

Produce and manage the contract programme.

Provide bid support at the tender stage.

Represent the company at various meetings.

Process all contract quality and health & safety documentation.

Work both as part of a team and independently.

Lead project management commissions, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Understand engineering principles and have extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.

Carry out any other duties appropriate to the post.
The Person:

Experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of water-related construction projects.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Management, Supervisor, or Team Leader experience.
-
Qualification in an engineering allied subject to HND or degree status.

CSCS certification.
-
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.

Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and also on own initiative.

Knowledge of health and safety.
