Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Representative
Our client is looking for a new Inbound Sales Customer Experience Representative to join their team based in Colchester. This is a fixed term 4 months summer cover with the potential to extend. Based fully on-site working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (with potential overtime) with a base of £27,000.
What is the role?
The role of an Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Representative will be taking out daily tasks such as receiving any inbound sales inquiries, following up customer enquiries. Working with and updating CRM, administrative support and processing any orders that come in (there will be no cold calling or outbound prospecting in this role).
Responsibilities:
Inbound call handling - receiving and responding to all inbound sales
Sales follow ups - follow up customer inquiries
Order processing - process any online and email orders
CRM updating - Maintain and update customer records
Customer Experience - always deliver exceptional customer service
Collaboration - Work closely with other team members and departments
Feedback - collect customer feedbackRequirements:
Experience in customer service or inbound sales is preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and have great organisational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and good computer skills (Microsoft Office/Share Point/Teams)
Willingness to learn and adapt
