NEED B2B/Business to Business Experience
Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with clients

Work closely with the sales team to identify new markets and develop strategies to increase revenue

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
-
Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
-
Negotiate contracts with clients
-
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
-
Brickwork, Stonework, Masonry, or General Construction Knowledge & Experience in a Business Development Role

Proven track record of success in business development and sales
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
