Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join us on a flexible day-to-day supply basis in the Walsall area. You will have the opportunity to support student learning and development across various local schools within a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged with the assigned work.
Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
Upholding the school's policies and procedures.Requirements:
Degree-level qualification
Strong subject knowledge in the area you will be teaching
Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
