We are delighted to be supporting a global business based in Huntingdon as they seek to recruit a Finance Assistant to join them on a temporary to perm basis. This role has become available due to a departure in the team. The role will be initially a temporary basis for around 3 months, with a view to become a permanent position after this.
As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable invoice processing
- Liaising with the Sales support team with regards to credit control
- Supporting with reconciliations
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting

In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within a similar accounts role, with good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping. You will also have excellent excel skills, including knowledge of Pivot Tables and V Lookups. Other attributes you will possess include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in an efficient and effective manner
