Position: Project Manager
Location: Rochdale
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £40,000 to £70,000 subject to experience, hybrid working, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, company car or car allowance of £8400 per year, Phones and laptop, biannual bonus up to 5% of base salary, profit share at the end of tax year and personal development plan.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a very well-established Sprinkler company, specialising in commercial sprinkler install and maintenance.
Th right person for this role will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Sprinkler designs and schematics in line with the BS EN 12845 codes and regulations. It would be beneficial if they have experience with large projects ranging from £1million - £15million.
This is a hybrid position based in Rochdale; however, this person will be given a company car to attend site.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience a project manager
Strong experience managing a team.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of Sprinkler regulations in line with BS EN 12845.
Experience as a Sprinkler Engineer would be an advantage.
Based in a commutable distance from Rochdale.
Must understand sprinkler designs and schematics.
Full UK driver's license
Great communication skills

Package:
Basic salary subject to experience level.
Monday to Friday position.
Company vehicle or allowance of £8400 per year.
