A fantastic opportunity for an IT System Support Analyst to join an inspiring, community driven business in North Essex. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding system issues and incidents, demonstrating your exceptional technical support experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required onsite once/twice weekly in North Essex
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for stakeholders concerning System issues
Provide high-quality support for a range of products, services, and platforms
Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Work within ITIL-based frameworks
Assist with system projects and the deployment of new functionalitiesEssential skills:
Previous experience working within a System / Application support position
Practical experience of configuration and system coding
Experience working in a healthcare environment with exposure to clinical systems such as Systmone
Excellent Desktop support experienceDesirable skills:
