Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Executive at our head office in Burton Village, Cheshire. As a key member of our organisation, you will work alongside our Business Development Director, focusing on promoting our specialised recruitment services across all our divisions.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:

Grow sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic customer accounts.

Maintain and expand key accounts through effective relationship management.
Order Processing and Quoting:
Customer Expectations Management:
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer needs.
Requirements:

Proven background in a sales role, either telephone or face-to-face.

Experience in winning new customers and business.

Sales & Business Development experience in a recruitment agency environment is advantageous but not essential.

Strong IT skills.

Must be a team player.
