Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Our client are looking for a highly organised and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Distribute mail deliveries daily.
Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.The Person
Excellent experience in reception duties.
Experience working within a legal environment.
Ideally, some administration experience within residential conveyancing (preferred but not essential).
Demonstrated initiative.
A good telephone manner and comfort speaking with clients both on the phone and in person.
Highly organised, methodical, and presentable.
