What You Will Do
The Technology Manager plays a pivotal role within our Technology Division. This individual is responsible for maintaining and developing high standards for the installation and maintenance of our clients' security systems. While the primary focus will be on our security division, there may be opportunities to work with other businesses within our group, including overseeing installations or serving in an advisory capacity.
Main Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with the Operations Coordinator to plan jobs.

Efficiently allocating team members to jobs.

Conducting permanent installations at various sites.

Managing and nurturing client relationships.

Preparing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).

Ensuring all work complies with BAFE/SSAIB standards.

Monitoring the development of the technology team.

Ensuring equipment standards and availability.

Assisting the Business Development team.

Completing administrative duties to a high standard.

Managing fleet for the technical department.

Managing and conducting recruitment for the department, alongside HR, when required.
Benefits:

Annual remuneration of £42,500 to £50,000.

A shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
