JOB TITLE: Part Time Front of House Administrator
LOCATION: Taunton, Somerset
The office is conveniently located within the town centre and walking distance of the train station and they have free parking on site.
HOURS: Part time hours / 2 - 4 days per week working 9am - 5pm
This role is being offered as a job share. It will include some weekends (mostly over the summer to cover main event days, however, as this role is a job share this will be worked out in advance and you will receive time back in lieu).
PAY: £12 per hour
THE ROLE: You will be based on a busy reception desk acting as the first point of contact for the business. Footfall can be quite high so you will enjoy a busy, customer focused role and thrive in a customer focused environment. This role will be a job share so you will be looking for 2 - 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Process sales, ensuring timely delivery of tickets.
Monitor and respond to inbound email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Support the wider team with administration tasks.
Assist with events, managing entry points and providing customer support.
Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.Requirements:
Strong customer care experience and excellent communication style.
Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Outstanding literacy and numeracy skills.
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Adaptable and able to handle problems calmly.
Strong team player with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings for events.Benefits:
