Position: Full-Time Trainee Consultant (Temp to Perm)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Learn to identify and source the best candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
- Client Interaction: Assist in managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Call Handling: Professionally manage incoming calls, providing information and assistance to clients and candidates.
- IT Skills: Develop proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage databases and personal files.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in Recruitment essential..
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Industry Knowledge: Pervious preferred experience in the Catering industry.
- Own Transport: You will be required to work for our other offices time to time
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (office closes at 4:30 pm on Fridays).
- Hours: 07:30 am to 4:45 pm with an hour for lunch (42.5 hours per week).
- Pay: Weekly pay on Fridays during the probation period.
- Salary: Between £11.44 to £12 p/h
