We have an incredible opportunity for a Negotiator to join an exciting busy Residential Sales Team in the heart of Salisbury.
Our client have an incredible presence across the South Wiltshire region are aimed at the mid to high end of the residential sales market. Their aim has always been to deliver an exemplary service to all clients, which in turn equates to the very reason so many of their clients are returning customers.

Key responsibilities for this role would include:

Meeting, registering and managing new clients

Booking and carrying out viewings

Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants

Achieve monthly sales/exchange/completion targets

Negotiate and close offers, progress sales to exchange and completion

Create valuations from viewing/applicant leads
Skills and experiences we are looking for:
-
An in-depth knowledge of the local area is important
-
Previous experience within sales or lettings but of course, our preference is to identify someone locally who is the next dominant force in the sales industry

Valuing experience is an advantage to have but in no way essential
-
Strong organisational skills
-
Excellent personal presentation
-
Organised, able to manage your own diaries
-
Drivers licence required (pool car available)
The role offers a competitive salary and an uncapped commission structure with various bonus streams available.
Whilst we are looking for the best in the local market place, our client are also open to the idea of training someone up from ground level who can showcase that spark needed to set the Property industry alight.
