Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working with our successful manufacturing client based in North Lanarkshire; they have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This role is based fully onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Updating and Maintaining HR database
Minute taking at HR meetings
Compiling confidential letters
Maintaining HR spreadsheets and trackers
Collate and record sickness absence
Support with recruitment and new starter compliance checks
Producing HR reports
Updating training database and documents
Organising and booking training coursesBackground required:
Previous HR administration experience
CIPD qualified or currently working towards completing your level 3 is preferred
Good communication skills
Excellent planning, coordination and prioritising skills
Confident IT skills including MS Office
