As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for helping our client's global customer base for any font-line queries as well as providing administrative support to the Customer Team Lead in order to support effective customer service execution.

Our client is a world leading business within the FMCG world and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them on a 12 month fixed term basis at their Leigh office. This opportunity also has the chance to be kept on perm at the end of the contract.
Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will be:
Liaising with a global customer base and resolving any queries.
Maintain the Customer Service reporting suite (Service Level across markets & Customer reporting) to ensure reporting is delivered right first time within daily, weekly & period rhythm, paying attention to detail and understanding the data/contents.
Data management - Run data queries within our ERP system to provide data to customer service team members upon request.
Order to cash process supporting UK & IM teams in the placement of manual customer & business sample orders during peaks, making sure all manual orders are placed within 24 hours of receipt.
Customer Meeting preparation - Supporting the Customer Service Lead with preparations for customer meetings through creation of presentations & providing data from appropriate sources.Profile
To be successful in this role:
Customer Service Executive experience of up to 1 year
A highly organised approach and ability to prioritise high workloads
A high level of attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Hands on attitude and 'can do' approach
Self motivated and able to use own initiative
Be competent with Microsoft Excel
