We are seeking an individual with experience in HR and ideally employee relations administration to join our client on a permanent basis as an HR Officer. This role is essential in supporting the employee relations team and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. In this role you will work alongside other HR professionals specialising in employee relations and support a range of colleagues across the business. In this role you can work hybrid, spending 3 days from home and have an element of flexibility on start and finish times. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain highly saught after and valuable exposure in ER.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the management of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace conflicts.

Support thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.

Help ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Provide assistance in advising managers and employees on employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relations.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate managers and employees on employee relations best practices and policies.

Qualifications:

Experience in a HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and conflict resolution techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
