Sales Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their client based in Ascot, Berkshire. This role is fully office based.
This is a key member of the Sales organisation in driving new revenue opportunities through the department, their team and direct interaction with current and prospective clients.
Sales Manager duties include:
Management, performance and personal development of their sales team to enable them to focus and drive sales.
Plan and set milestones with the Sales team to secure revenue success.
Working with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Setting KPIs, tracking sales, producing management reports, and forecasting.
Managing the successful execution of projects, tasks, initiatives and events instigated by the HoS to completion and beyond.
Assist in planning and executing events in collaboration with marketing.
Generate ideas and feedback market trends.
Research, discover and implement methods to increase customer engagement via phone, teams calls, digital media initiatives and communication.
Monitor outbound sales calls to train, suggest improvements and to secure reporting is done correctly.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring the correct allocation of sales figures, ensuring sales commission is paid correctly.
Compiling Management Reports - ensuring all requested weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are produced flawlessly and on time Sales Manager required skills, knowledge, and experience:
Previous experience as a sales manager or team leader with understanding of channel/distribution and/or indirect sales.
Proven people skills - leading, managing, coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution and team management skills to enable your team to excel in their roles.
Self-motivated, tenacious and confident with a passion for sales
Proactively work to successfully deliver results, achieve defined target metrics and support the sales pipeline in line with the overall aims and objectives of the Company.
Thrive in an environment of clear, continuous communication and collaboration and be able to successfully manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
Enjoy working with data and spreadsheets, be a completer/finisher, embrace change, seeking opportunities through curiosity and demonstrate a growth mindset.
