Job Responsibilities:
Account Manager:
Primary Customer Contact with Full Account Management responsibilities
Work with customers on priorities / due dates through weekly / fortnightly / monthly update meetings
Scheduling of work with development / consultancy teams and customer
Work with consultants and developers to make sure requirements / scope is clear and due dates are achievable and achieved
Manage Client relationships and expectations
Business:
Manage Service Desk System used for support and development (Jira)
Ensure that requests have the correct status and are assigned to the correct user
First Line Support
Initial response to customer, data gathering (if required) and directing the request
Maintain Priorities and Due Dates based on Account and Project Management
Consultancy and Support Tasks:
Work with developers doing first line testing on new development and support issues (supported by consultant)
Write user manuals for new development
Handover new development to customers users
Shadow the consultant during requirements gathering

Requisite have always sought to do things a bit differently from the usual MS partner and as such our requirements for this role are also slightly different.
We are looking for someone with aptitude, excellent soft skills, a real desire to want to learn and can drive themselves forward as much as those they are with.
Any experience you have to date with BC/NAV or any other ERP system will be considered. You could have worked client side or reseller side, you might have worked with the latest or the oldest versions. What matters is you have what it takes to become the best, aiming for and then delivering a better standard of consultation, designing, support, care, attention to detail, passion and skill for each of our customers.
We would want you to work from our office in Sheffield initially with an option to work from home.
