The role of Commercial Administrator
My client is one of the UK's leading residential developers nationwide, traditionally ranging between 1,000 - 3,000 units valuing up to £78M. You will be joining a highly experienced commercial team with many longstanding members reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities for Commercial Administrator
Provide support and assistance to the wider commercial team
Input data
Maintain and manage electronic filing systems
Monitor invoices
Raise queries with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements for Commercial Administrator
Previous experience using COINS would be advantages but not essential
Prior exposure within the construction industry or relevant construction qualification
An organised nature
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
Previous experience using Microsoft packages
My client are prepared to train and fund further development for the right person looking to get into the commercial sector.
