This Role: Business Support Administrator known in house as Assistant
Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA
Salary: £28,950 - Full time Fixed Term 9 Month Secondment - Free on-site parking

An exciting position has become available within the new Business Support team based in our "Customer Services Directorate". This post is based within our fantastic Waterfront House Office in Beeston, Nottingham.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Support Assistant who has an ability to work as part of team, prioritise their workload and use their own initiative whilst responding to high volumes of work and deadlines and to maintain and process accurate and timely records.
The role will encompass robust diary management, forward planning of meetings, the management of all associated administration, and implementation of efficient processes and procedures to improve the level of service provided to the Directors and other stakeholders.
You will need to have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills and be able to support and administer arrangements for meetings and other specified processes required for the smooth running of the business support for the Directorate. You will need an excellent eye for detail as the role also requires robust collation and data interrogation. You will liaise with staff and senior managers within the Directorate and across the business.
Due to the nature of this role regular travel to support resident meetings will be also be required.
