This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of employers and potential candidates, creating job vacancies and matching suitable applicants, The team focus on engaging customers across all sectors in apprenticeships and other funded training opportunities to positively impact on organisation's sustainability and growth and to develop individuals entering employment or further development once employed.
The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent, and accurate manner are essential.
The post holder will support the growth of Humber Energy and Skills Training Academy (HESTA, Hull) and will be predominantly based there although they will be part of the wider Business development team, time will also be spent at the college’s other campuses at North Lindsey and occasionally Doncaster.

Lets Teach Programme
Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal
