GBR Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading high volume manufacturing business in Northamptonshire, recruiting for an experienced QHSE Management Systems Officer, to implement, maintain & manage all internal Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems, processes & procedures, ensuring compliance plus a proactive approach.
As the QHSE Management Systems Officer, your primary focus, is to update, modify & implement all QHSE working processes / policies across the factory operations, plus you will have responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) relating to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 compliance measures.
You will be hands on operationally & work closely with all key areas of the manufacturing facility (production, materials & parts intake, purchasing, stock control, design, finance / accounts, supply chain etc.) ensuring SSOW, SOPs, GMP, QMS plus H&SE processes are adhered to, maintained & where possible improved (CI).
Duties:

Manage & roll out the QMS / QHSE Management System

Manage compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 required standards

Site lead for all things QMS / QHSE inc. SSOW, SOPs, GMP, H&SE, RCA, SIC & customer complaints handling.

QMS / QHSE process updates & ongoing systems maintenance.

Lead & Support Quality Planning, Quality Assurance & Quality Control.

Carrying out Internal & Supplier Audits, addressing any issues / non-conformances (RCA - root cause analysis / bottle necks etc.)

Continuous Quality Management reviews / analysis.

Risk register and follow-up actions to reduce/mitigate risk.

Quality Specification Agreements (internal, suppliers and customers).

Responsible to maintain vital certification (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).

Host any Customer & 3rd party external audits (e.g., ISO 9001 etc.).

Engage in quality initiatives to continuously elevate the quality culture.

Lead Quality Projects working closely with the wider SMT on-site.

Promote a Quality & Safety focused culture, across the business.

Carry out Risk Assessments / Method Statements.
Attributes Required:
-
Quality Management Systems (QMS) / QHSE experience at an Officer, Advisor or Manager level.

Strong experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 quality systems & compliance of standards.

NEBOSH General Certificate

Auditor Trained
-
Strong fast paced & high volume manufacturing experience (FMCG).

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate optimally both externally and throughout the operation.

Skilled at analysing Quality Control data & summarizing results, as well as generating performance metrics to drive improvements (CI).

Hands on shop floor based professional, who leads from the front.

Ability to mentor, coach & develop others in QHSE / QMS processes
