Customer Success Manager (Cyber Security services)
Location: Battersea, London with regular UK travel to customer locations
Salary: £70,000- £80,000 + ucapped commission (you will be working towards multi-milion £££ deals)
Ideally you will hold SC or DV clearance during the time of application

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service, increasing retention and satisfaction across our contracts, and supporting our delivery and sales teams. Your role will involve fostering and developing relationships with customers and partners, working with the Senior Leadership Team to improve profitability through strategic planning, and enhancing the company's operation, position, and reputation.
-Clearly convey information, actively listen to customers, and collaborate with internal teams.
-Understand and empathize with customers’ needs to build and maintain strong relationships.
-Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
-Create and follow customer success plans to ensure positive outcomes and support company strategy.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL?
-Around five years professional experience gained within the Cyber Security sector.
-Experience within the public sector and government frameworks
-Understanding of networks and Cyber Security fundamentals
-Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships within the private or public sector is essential
-Exceptional work ethic with a team player mentality
