Progression Coach (Support Worker)
Responsible to: Operations Manager – Supported Lodgings
Remote working with 1 day a week in Three Bridges and travel in and around the South East region
£25,000 + Expenses
MUST DRIVE HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
We are looking for someone to join Supported Lodgings service where you with support the young people toward independent living, through advice, encouragement and advocacy. You will also work with the Supported Lodgings Host and any professional working with the young person (e.g. Social Worker), to develop a SMART Goal Map / Progression Plan tailored to the young person’s individual needs and aspirations.
You will also assist Supported Lodgings hosts in housing and supporting a young person; working with them to develop and deliver a Life Skills Programme individually tailored to the young person’s specific needs.

You will be work proactively as part of a team, whilst being flexible and available to work across multiple locations, have excellent diary management and the ability to plan your day efficiently and effectively.
You will ideally have a DBS ion the update service of willing to complete a new one, be a car driver with your own transport.
