Joining a leading player in their industry, the Regional Sales Manager will have huge potential to grow the sales within the region, and therefore we are looking for a tenacious sales individual who loves the chase! Closing sales in a fast moving, busy environment, you will have the ability to build rapport easily and effectively manage your daily/weekly diary, booking appointments and cold calling within the South West of England.
The successful candidate be located along the M4 corridor, ideally Bristol, Bath, Swindon as these areas are central to the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for increasing the awareness and sales of products within a defined sales territory
Develop business relationships with new and existing customers
Develop sales pipelines to increase sales activity
Provide product advice and training to clients
Develop new business requirements and secure appointments with potential customers
Meet and exceed sales targets
Understand and deliver a convincing sales presentation tailored to client needs
Person Specification:
Relevant experience in a Field bases sales role; scheduling appointments to maximise results
Proven track record in sales and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational and IT skills
Ability to work independently as you will be responsible for managing your own diary and meeting KPI’s and sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence

South West area covers along the M4 corridor. Ideally, you will live central to the area, such as Bristol/Bath/Gloucester/Swindon.
You may have worked in a similar role such as Regional Sales, Area Sales, Field Sales, New Business, Territory Management or have working knowledge of the industry and looking to take the step into your first field-based role. Full training will be provided, we are looking for a determined, tenacious individual with the scope to learn and develop a strong customer base.
