About the role:
As our Sales Administrator you will work with the Operations Manager to ensure all orders are on track and timely, enter manufacturing orders onto the production schedule, assist customers with warranty claims and related paperwork, obtain freight quotes, oversee courier dispatches, cover for team members when needed, and provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team. Additionally, you will perform other duties as required. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday-Friday 7:45am – 5:00pm.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage sales order processing with precision
Use our CRM system to keep accurate records and track production times and enter data into spreadsheets
Provide varied support activities from marketing materials to client entertainments
Utilise email, Excel, and company databases efficiently
Work with the Operations Manager to ensure all orders are on track and timely
Assist customers with warranty claims and related paperwork
Obtain freight quotes and oversee courier dispatches and provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team
Cover for team members when needed.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy individual with excellent time and task management capabilities. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office packages, a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities, and a solution-oriented approach with the ability to use your initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience of writing and implementing processes. Able to work effectively within a team, demonstrate adaptability to changing workloads and priorities, and manage their workload while remaining calm under pressure.
